Categories of Your Personal Information Collected or to Be Collected. Below describes the categories of your Personal Information that we collect, or have collected during the 12-month period prior to the effective date of this Policy.

Verifying Requests. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your Personal Information or complying with your deletion or correction request.
Upon receiving an access, deletion, or correction request from you, we first will verify your identity by requiring you to submit Personal Information you have provided us already (such as your name or e-mail address), and by matching the information you submitted with what we already have. If we are unable to verify your identity because you have not submitted this information, we may refuse your request.
If you use an authorized agent to make an access, deletion, or correction request on your behalf, we may require the agent to provide documents proving that you have given the agent signed permission to make the request. We also may require you to (1) verify your own identity directly with us, or (2) directly confirm with us that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
Please expect a reply from us within forty-five (45) days of receiving your Personal Information request.
Additional Information. If you exercise any of your rights under the applicable law, you have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment from us. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, we may charge a reasonable fee to comply with your request.
We do not respond to an opt-out preference signal through global privacy control because we do not sell or share the Personal Information to any third parties.
5. Other Privacy Rights
Do Not Track Settings: Cal. Bus. And Prof. Code Section 22575 requires us to notify you how we deal with the “Do Not Track” settings in your browser. As of the effective date listed above, there is no commonly accepted response for Do Not Track signals initiated by browsers. Therefore, we do not respond to the Do Not Track settings. Do Not Track is a privacy preference you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your web page visits tracked and collected across websites. Our site may link to third-party websites which may collect personally identifiable information. We have no control over the privacy and data collection practices of such third party sites and those sites may have privacy policies that differ from ours. We are not responsible for third parties and their websites, products and services and we recommend that you review their policies and contact such parties directly with any questions about their privacy policies.
We may not share or disclose your “personal information” as defined by California’s “Shine the Light” law with third parties, other than with our affiliated companies and subsidiaries, for such third parties’ own direct marketing purposes without your consent.
We provide US residents with the option to prospectively opt-out of our sharing or disclosing of such data for those purposes to third parties other than our affiliated companies and subsidiaries. Requests must include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the first line of the description and include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. 6. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy from time to time. The date “Last Updated” at the top of this Policy states when this Policy was last updated. Any changes will become effective upon us posting the revised Policy.
We will post a prominent notice on the site to notify you of any significant changes to this Policy and indicate the date it was most recently updated.
